Our traditional pub has been stylishly & sympathetically refurbished retaining its charm & period features, some of which date back to medieval times with parts of the building being reported to be over 600 years old.     We had Sunday lunch food and service was excellent and very friendly staff will definitely be back soon

    Always a pleasant visit to the Seven Stars .. with a top quality roast dinner ! The Lamb , Pork & Chicken were all delicious. Lovely welcome from the friendly staff .

    Kept waiting 45 minutes for 2 roast dinners which were bland and not cooked very well. The bill for 2 of us was £60.00 which felt way over-priced. The restaurant was dirty, with stained chairs and filthy carpet.

    We don’t live neat this pub we were visiting Ruxley. We decided to book for a roast ad a treat and we’re not disapointed. I am Gluten Free which was accommodated well and the meal was delicious and if we are up that way again would most certainly eat there. Nice people, lovely food what more could you ask for argh yes great wine too.

    Our meals were freshly cooked and very tasty. To our surprise, the food was 'homed cooked'; not the pre-delivered food increasingly dished up in pubs everywhere. The staff were well trained and pleasant. It was a family get together, so a largish mixed group, and every one enjoyed themselves. A special mention for the super clean toilets.
