Located within the Grandscape development in The Colony, Texas, Seven Doors Kitchen & Cocktails is an approachable modern American grill serving chef-inspired shared plates and entrées. Named for our collection of French colonial doors from The 1800s that appear throughout the restaurant, Seven Doors has created a unique and uplifting environment for our diners to enjoy our great food & cocktails all served with love and gratitude.

3pm reservations. My waiter Braxton was very attentive and professional. I ordered the happy hour margarita with the Prime Rib it was delicious & cooked to perfection. I had a good experience. Self parking or valet is available.

Food was cold, one steak overcooked, restaurant was freezing cold and valet asked for tip…very unprofessional

While the temperature was quite cold in restaurant, everything else was great.

We really want to like this place but the service just continues to disappoint. There was only one other table at a 4 top in the bar area and the server never came over. After about 8 minutes and our experience previously, we got up and took our menus to the bar. Moving forward we will only sit at the bar area when we decide to return. Food- if you order the avocado roll ask for the soy sauce, the kitchen help didn’t bring ours or the person next to us. Bartender noticed we weren’t eating and noticed it was missing. ( not a dealbreaker, but just FYI, kind of goes along with our experience.) Food is always good. Drinks are good, so save yourself a headache and just sit at the bar.

We went for a B1/G1 burger offer. The burgers were fine. I appreciated I could sub a gluten free bun for just $1. I was excited when the fries ended up being pomme frite size but they tasted reheated or leftover. I really like the decor and layout inside. I was surprised it was louder than I thought it would be on a Monday at 5:30 but there was a family with 3 small children literally RUNNING in circles around their table and 3 large parties celebrating birthdays, so that explains that. Might try it again if another special comes up sometime.
