Humbly innovative. Fueled by a passion to draw deeper connections between food and spirits, Service Bar delivers an experience that is refreshingly innovative, much of that due to carefully placed hints of nostalgic flavors and techniques. Housed in Middle West Spirits, one of Ohio’s first craft distilleries, the stunning main dining room is both intimate in size and lively in energy.

Full dinner service is available first-come first-serve at the main bar, and by reservation at a variety of smaller individual tables that accommodate 2-6 guests.

We were looking for a nice relaxing dinner at this distillery / bar / restaurant but the service was rushed, metal tables were not really comfortable, and the food was meh. Better than a bar, but not as good as a nice restaurant. We were asked if we wanted boxes while we were still eating. High end prices but not high end experience.

I love this place. Parking is tough, but the food and drinks are worth it. Had Cornish hen with savory bread pudding and light sauce. Was so good! Of course, it’s Middle West so cocktails are fantastic. Only issue is it’s pretty pricey, but we were there for special occasion so didn’t bother me.

Food was excellent! Service was friendly but some of the drink pours were lacking… for the price of items, we expected a bit more. Will definitely be back otherwise!

The waitstaff was excellent as was the employee working in the bottle shop. The food was great and we will absolutely return the next time we are in Columbus.

Service was impeccable! Friendly, imformative and personable. Vegan dish was delicious and drinks absolutely fantastic. We met friends from out of town and it was a great environment to catch up with some drinks. Never felt rushed. 10 out of 10

The food and cocktails are sooooo good. The Caesar dressing was a little off last night compared to the last time I had it (it was FANTASTIC last time!). The tomato tatin was A+ Service was amazing again.

First and likely last visit. Went for restaurant week and really wish I would have saved the money time. Salad was old (like some of the lettuce was brown), food was just ok and service was awful. Two other tables arrived 10-15 minutes after us, had the RW menu, were done, gone, AND the tables cleaned before we even got our check. Server only “checked in” with us when clearing the plates. All around disappointment

Gillian was an excellent server with such a bubbly personality. Great recommendations, and the bartender JT makes a tasty drink!
