My second time to Serra and it was just as good the second time. I was there during restaurant week and ordered off that menu. Food was good but the cannoli was terrible. The shell was so hard I needed a sharp knife to break it and then the inside had no filling. Just the two ends and even then the total amount of filling could not have been a full tablespoon.

This is a beautiful placer. However it is Extremely hot up there. The fans blow hot air, needs to put the AC on. The waiters had sweat on their fore pouring down.

Overall experience was lovely good was great and so was service. Went there for my family’s 1st night in NYC and was perfect welcome experience.

We felt rushed for the restaurant to turn the tables. When we pay as much we do at your restaurant and in nyc for an occasion we don’t want to be rushed. Shrimp cocktail was overcooked to be rubbery and not cleaned properly. Very very expensive— won’t be coming back for these reasons.

We really enjoyed this rooftop restaurant in NYC. Very beautiful. Service was excellent and the food very good. Had a nice cold cocktail and shared some food with my husband. I would recommend it if you love good Italian food.

It was so hot… the place is not Summer appropriate. They should have some sort of air conditioner system or something.
