All the decorations were removed and there was no ambiance. The hummus was chunky and not properly ground. Fish amd steak were strictly ok. The entire point of coming to Serra was for.the ambiance. If they had taken down decorations there should've been a disclaimer before booking

We were really looking forward to lunch at this beautiful rooftop restaurant. When we arrived, we were informed that the restaurant was undergoing some improvements but that it was still open. What a huge bummer. All the greenery was gone, draping was blocking a big part of the restaurant and there were workers on the roof banging away. Since the greenery was gone, the sun made the place hot and fans were not operating. We Should have been informed of this when we made the reservation as I would have chosen another place.

Pasta was fantastic, tuna tartare was just okay, but DAMN it was loud. I was on my own but if i was with someone or a group, it would have been impossible to carry a conversation

I had high hopes for this restaurant from all the review but it seem they have chef change and the food doesn’t taste as good from 5 years ago. Pasta was too salty. The bruschetta has not much taste to it. They were no decoration like the photos on google map reviews.

Absolutely love this place and the waiters are so attentive and welcoming. Even with two kids, celebrating my now 8 year old it was a great experience and they made it so very special. Been here multiple times and we’ll be back here yet again!

The downstairs check in people were fantastic . Food server could have been more attentive. And the place was not ever crowded
