We had excellent service. Our waitress was very attentive despite being very busy and she seemed to really enjoy her job. Cocktails were good, but the martini had stale dried olives which was surprising for an Eataly restaurant. We shared their Gran Tagliere (chefs selection of meats and cheeses); it was good but we wished one selection had been a good Parmesano Reggiano. We both had the Tagliatelle which was delicious, but a little too light on the short rib ragu. We were there on a hot night. Fortunately we had had fans blowing on us. Know there is no air conditioning. We'd be happy to go back on a cooler evening and making sure we had the same waitress.

Beautiful rooftop restaurant! It was a little hard to find! But we asked someone outside and they pointed us in the right direction. Atmosphere was beautiful. Service was great! The food was really good too.

La atención es muy buena, la comida excelente pero no se puede ir con calor a ese lugar, es imposible almorzar con 40 grados, había unos ventiladores que no servían para nada. Es una terraza cubierta de vidrio, con el sol del mediodía se transforma en un horno.

One of my favorite restaurants in NYC & it has gone completely downhill! What a disappointment. Excellent food but that does not matter when you have to look for wait staff & the decibel level prevents conversation. What happened to the dividers that provided some privacy & MINIMIZED THE NOISE? The people at both tables by us had to scream their conversation so that my friend & I could not talk. The mood in the large room has moved from a nice place to enjoy friends & food to a food hall of people off the street in a large mediocre restaurant.
