We had an amazing dinner experience last night. Our waitress Kathy, from Venezuela, was one of the best parts of our evening. She was in tuned to our needs, knowledge of the menu and drinks, and very charismatic. Our meal was delicious, I got the spaghetti and the addition of baratta cheese was fantastic. The atmosphere was the icing on the cake. I felt like we were in some far away land. The twinkle lights, the trees, it was magical.

Food wasn’t the best, we’re very slow to get our order as well. Also they ran out of hamburger which was frustrating because there was nothing comparable left to order.

We had a reservation for 5pm for 6 people. Got there with our huge coats etc and was told they had no more hangers for the coat check…. at 5pm!!!! So we took it upon ourselves to grab another chair for our table so we’d have somewhere to pile our coats. One being a full length mink coat. Very annoying. Then to add another layer our table was right in front of some service door so we were freezing. Waiter wasn’t super attentive. So half of our party didn’t eat dinner bc they were freezing. We had a few drinks and cheeseboard then left. Very underwhelming.

As a visitor from London we needed somewhere to have a Christmas Day lunch. This one happened to be open when I was looking about a month ago from the UK and we have a fairly local Eataly in London. This was great, with a fun atmosphere. Just a bit pricey but I've found that in NYC generally. I would visit again. The panetone was fab

I requested a table in advance, they replied they were fully booked, when arrived more than half of the restaurant was empty. We were 4 persons, 3 main arrived together and the fourth arrived 5 minutes later, we all ate almost cold dishes. Prices are really high for normal pasta, wines list is impossible!

Muy lindo lugar para una comida romántica. El ambiente es excelente y la atención muy amable. La comida está muy bien preparada y se nota la calidad de los materiales
