Very good Italian food . Waiter was great. He needs another helper to cover the roof dining area. He was perfect.

This was our last night in Venice … read other reviews that raved about the food and service. Maybe it was just a bad night. We waited 45 minutes to place an order and then another hour to eat. Our dishes were just OK. Our server did his best, but reminded us over and over again that he was all alone. So …. Hopefully our experience was the exception and not the norm.

Our experience at Serafina was exceptional. The waiter was top-notch, and the food was the best in Venezia. I wish I lived here to enjoy this restaurant more often.

Outstanding dinner! The rooftop patio was amazing, the food was very good, my children all had meals they enjoyed. Some of the best tiramisu we had in Italy, and the candle for my son’s birthday was memorable in a very good way! Great cocktails, wonderful wine selection, and wonderful service! I highly recommend Serafina.

The carpaccio and the lasagna bolognese were really delicious. Don't miss the Negroni!

Beautifully decorated restaurant with a lovely rooftop dining area (but it was 93 degrees so no one chose that). Very helpful staff but clearly understaffed. The food was quite good, a nice drink menu and wine options. If only one more person working there we would have felt more attended to.

Awesome service, very accommodating, beautiful rooftop, and incredible food. Highly recommended if traveling with large parties as Europe, and specifically Italy can be tricky when dining with parties over 6 people.
