Le menu dégustation américain de saison élaboré par le chef Andrew Zimmerman est si délicieux que cet établissement prisé du West Loop a conservé son étoile Michelin depuis qu'il l'a obtenue pour la première fois en 2011. Vous aurez le choix entre plusieurs options pour votre dîner à quatre plats, parmi lesquels des gnudi croustillants à la ricotta, de la lotte grillée aux palourdes ou encore une pavlova aux pois de senteur agrémentée d'un sorbet au citron Meyer. Pensez à accorder votre repas avec un des vins proposés, car le restaurant a reçu le prix d'excellence en 2022 du Wine Spectator, dans la catégorie « Best of ».     What an amazing experience! Brought my girlfriend there for her 30th birthday, and we enjoyed the 4 courses and wine pairing. The food was delicious and offered a range of options per course. I had made the reservation months in advance and left a note about the birthday and if they could make it a little extra special. They absolutely did, from the happy birthday message on our menus and our dessert to the well wishes from the staff. Not to mention the service was well timed and everyone who worked there seemed to be on top of their game. Bravo to the entire team. Thank you.

    We were sat at a very low table, despite being very tall (over 6') people so it was a bit like having dinner on your sofa and coffee table... which I was in fact sat on a couch. The food was not described well enough in the menu to not be surprised by unexpected (unwelcome) flavors, like tomatoes smoked for 24 hours when smoking isn't in the description. The hard sell on the caviar right at the start of the meal, even when I firmly said there was no way I would EVER try it, was a turn off right from the start. Would not return.

    We had a wonderful meal to celebrate our anniversary. The short rib was tender and the sweet and spicy sauce was delicious. Each course built on the next. The creativity and taste were perfectly blended. The service was impeccable.

    I chose Sepia for my husband's birthday dinner and it did not disappoint! The food was beautiful and our server was delightful! I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a special occasion restaurant...

    My wife and I celebrated our anniversary here. The whole experience was exceptional. Upon seating, they presented personalized menus for us and immediately began the relationship building process. Our server asked referenced where we lived as we traveled from out of state to join them. I was blown away with the care and attention to detail just in the first few minutes. The food was incredible. their 4 course tasting menu was portioned perfectly. King Crab Etouffe was absolutely Devine. I followed that up with the Trout, which was beautifully seared and topped with caviar and amazing dill sauce. Next, I had the Rohan Duck witch completely changed my perception of how flavors and food can develop over the course to the bite. They presented the Gnoudi as a surprise, and it was absolutely Devine. I finished dinner with the dark chocolate w/ pretzel puff and ice cream. This was absolutely incredible. My wife and I chose to do the wine paring with dinner. Each wine was presented with the highest amount of professionalism, and the server was incredibly knowledgeable. Obviously, the pairings we selected with the same amount of care that chef put into the food. The whole experience was a 15 out of 10. Can not wait to come back!!!

    We took our two adult children and daughter in law for dinner and had a wonderful experience. The service was top notch and they paced the multi course meal perfectly. We added on the caviar starter and the extra cheese course and were glad we did. Everyone enjoyed 90% of their courses. Well done Sepia.

    Would have appreciated one waiter/waitress leading us through the whole experience as opposed to having dishes explained by different people. Peach dessert tasted off.
