The restaurant had restoration trucks out front, and is temporarily closed. This should have been noted through the app. We could not eat there and found another dining option nearby

This establishment wasn't open for business. S.R. has been closed since November 2023 due to a fire. And will not reopen until April 2024. However, reservations can be made presently for dining at this place that is temporarily close. SMH

It was fun and loud. Our teenagers love it and the staff was great at making everyone feel welcome.

Food was overpriced. Key lime pie was super frozen, Rita was nasty and the server knew it. Reserved seat outside but was told it was gross so we were sat inside. Told them it was a birthday when booking a reservation and still had to get my own chair flair to celebrate the kids.

Restaurant had no record of my Open Table reservation. Food was great but restaurant was very loud. We had to yell to speak to each other at the table. Service was good.

Our waitress failed to mention that a side of ranch was $2.00. I also asked for a side of bbq which she also failed to mention was also $2.00. I spent $4.00 on bbq and did not even like the ranch. (Which, at most, should have been .50 each) She was slow and not attentive. She Did not give our table the signs that go in the seat. It was a poor experience when we heard it was supposed to be so fun. Also instead of being sat with more of an ocean view we were in the center of the restaurant when all other tables were available.

The staff was rude as soon as my husband walked up to tell them we were there and had a reservation. The guy gave him such an attitude and the woman acted so inconvenienced by us. The music was so loud you couldn’t hear anything around you. We sat down and ordered drinks, but had a family emergency come up. So we apologized and told the waiter we had to leave. My husband paid for the drinks we had ordered and asked for to-go cups and the waiter was so so rude. My husband just left. So we paid $16 for drinks we didn’t even get. I never Write reviews, people have bad days, I get it, but this was an overall super poor experience. We will not go back.
