Our meal was delicious. Fresh, vibrant and robust flavours. I had never been to Nosara before and noticed a guy in the restaurant who seemed to be very friendly, joy-full and chatty. I asked him what he knew about the area in general and he turned out to be on of the owners of the restaurant and hotel ! He offered us a tour and great hospitality. The entire meal and visit to Nosara certainly gave us a great impression of Nosara and Sandero kitchen & hotel.

Our service was terrific, great setting, great drink options and wonderful food. Don’t walk, run to Sendero Kitchen.

The host staff was friendly and accommodating. The food was fresh, flavorful, and delicious. Carlos, our waiter, took plenty of time explaining our menu options and made suggestions Overall everything was wonderful.

One of the best meals I’ve had in a long time. Excellent food, beautiful room, friendly, professional service, and a great cocktail program. Best dining in Nosara and holds its own anywhere.

The restaurant is beautiful and the presentation of the food is lovely. Our entrées were very tasty but a little bit on the small side. So if you have a surfers appetite, you might also want to order a starter. We didn’t order any cocktails, but the ones we saw going by looked yummy. You definitely need a reservation during the busy season. Make it well in advance.

Crispy rice tuna just one love Buratta had very nice texture and very interesting flavour from the sauce

Our experience was exceptional so much so we attempted to return another night! We missed out due to a very busy holiday schedule, but who can blame others from wanting to experience such incredible food, drink, setting and service?! Carlos was an absolute delight regaling us with his wit and wisdom— as well as the perfect recommendations and pairings. We would have returned just for him! We plan to return to Nosara in the near future and may just be eating at Sendero!
