Always a great meal! One of the best in the area. We loved everything we ordered. But a little noisy.

Starting with the arrival, where one of our party members was late. We could not be seated because of "policy" even so the table was open. The explanation was that once seated, the timer is starting for 1.5 hours which is the allotted time. The last part I understand - it's a small restaurant and it needs to turn tables. Nobody in the staff had a smile. For sure did not feel welcomed. First course - a green salad was just that: fresh but just the lettuce, pepper and a memory of a dressing. It was good for the fiber intake. The ragu was tasty but the orecchiette meh. During the time there we had to scream to be heard over the table because the noise was outstanding. It was my third and last time here. There are better, friendlier, and more flexible Italian, farm to table restaurants. e.g. Il Nido and Birravino are 2 that come to mind.

We celebrated our daughter’s birthday at Semolina. She lives in the city and is very well acquainted with many great restaurants in Manhattan. We chose Semolina as it represents the best of fine dining in Red Bank. We had a wonderful dining experience! The waitstaff is friendly and knowledgeable. From the fresh warm bread, burrata and eggplant appetizers to the freshly caught local fluke and halibut main course and lemon pound cake with blueberry coulis, nothing could have been better!

Food was excellent, Perry was amazing and knew how to explain everything we asked her about the dishes! KEEP THE SPAGHETTI WITH CRAB ON THE MENU ALL THE TIME

The food was amazing and our waitress Karen was the best. The Pork Chop is a must try!

Excellent food and service. Unfortunately the noise level was very high; not conducive to conversation. Also the restaurant website indicates free parking after 6 pm; incorrect-not free until 9 pm.

Our server, Janice, was friendly and helpful. We ordered the 1/2 chicken entree which was plentiful and delicious. The scallops were prepared perfectly. Always a treat to dine here.

In general we enjoyed Semolina. However, the agnelotti was not as good as last time and the dessert we ordered was 14 for 2 pieces of pound cake and some berries. I know costs have increased but I think the meal was generally overpriced.
