Always love this restaurant! Started with a great appetizer - TEMPURA DELICATA SQUASH. This was amazing ! I love this dish-COCOA TAGLIATELLE! My husband didn’t have his favorite this time (pork chop). He had the carbonara & loved it. We were only able to eat half because both dishes were so filling. Definitely recommend!

Can't say enough about this gem of a place in Redbank. The pasta was truly another level. Every dish was SO delicious. The selection of ingredients combined with this homemade Semolina pasta made for such an amazing meal. Everyone left so satisfied. Truly a WOW dinner. The staff was super helpful in deciding what to order and how much was enough. The ambiance was great and every table was filled but did not feel at all crammed. We were in and out pre-theater without feeling rushed. We will be back again and again!

We loved our visit to Semolina. Our waitress Karen, was exceptional which always adds to the dining experience. We ordered an appetizer, pasta dish and a meat dish to share. All 3 dishes were delicious - you can tell the ingredients are truly farm to table!

The peach and tomato salad was so good I wanted to raid the kitchen for the peaches. I even ordered another to go.

Our first choice restaurant. A little pricey but well worth it. Don’t substitute quality for price. Thank you for consistent Epicurean Fantasy.

I got the tuna with eggplant caponato. It was very bland. Bread was the best.

Pro: food was tasty and great service Con: ordered a peach and tomato salad which was $20 which had only 4 tiny pieces of peaches, lots of croutons and a decent amount of tomato’s. For $35 I ordered the sausage and vodka sauce special - this had barely any sausage in there. I live in the city and prices are cheaper there. While the portion size is great that I had leftovers - I would prefer small portions for more sausage or peaches. Otherwise I’m paying $35 for sauce and homemade pasta which is not worth it. Additionally I made a note upon reservation we were celebrating our anniversary but nothing was said to us.
