Beautiful restaurant, great service and the food is fab!! We had the mushroom pizza and shared as an appetizer, was so good!! Shared the steak frittes, very good, a tad over cooked for medium. Harvest salad, is sooo good, calamari great!

Good food with nice presentation & friendly staff. Took quite a long time to receive our dinner. Also was difficult to track down a person to help (asking for another drink, the check, a box for leftovers. Didn’t come back to ask how our food was & did not ask if we wanted desert. Noise level was very loud. Almost too loud to have a conversation with the person next to you. Overall a nice place to eat in Newbury Park.

food was amazing! mushroom pizza was so good , we had to order a second.! Had the Caesar salad and Harvest salad and both were really tasty and fresh . Smash burger was very good. Service was very attentive . Cant rave enough about this restaurant. Class act

It was our first time at Selvin's. We were there a bit earlier than our reservation time. They seated us before our time. The ambiance was fun and the food was great! We will definitely go back.

My husband and I had an amazing dining experience at Selvin's last night. Everything was amazing from the vibe, the food and service. Alyssa our server was top notch! We cannot wait to go back!

First time dining for all of us. Mixed experiences. Staff friendly. Ambiance great. We were a party of 6. Shared 3 great appetizers. 3 of our 6 mains were disappointing. Server had salads brought with meal which was odd. Hosts did say salads, pizzas and meats were their favorites…we should have listened to them!

We had another terrific evening at Selvin's. Seated immediately after arriving, our waiter, Mason, showed up immediately and made us feel really welcome and explained some of the menu items. The four of us shared a pizza as an appetizer and then ordered entrees, all of which were outstanding. This was our fourth visit, and we try something new each time and have never been disappointed. We are looking forward to our next few visits to try new menu experiences. It's such a treat to have this neighborhood gem in our "backyard"...

This was my fourth time at Selvin’s. I’ve had pretty good experiences but last night’s was a little off the mark. We brought a bottle of wine. The server opened it and immediately poured two glasses without allowing us to taste it. We ordered salads and an app and our entrees arrived a few minutes after the salads hit the table, causing them to get cold as they sat before we were ready for them. We mentioned this to the server who did not offer to take them back to remain warm. Very unfortunate for the margarita pizza, as the cheese congealed while it cooled off. Everything tasted fine but needed more seasoning. At the end of service, we had to call someone for the check as our server was busy with tables inside (we were in the enclosed patio). We skipped dessert - the options were not that inspired.
