We love their food as it is quite unique in this area. My aji de gallina rolls were outstanding. The braised short ribs were a bit dry and not my favorite. Nevertheless, we will continue to go back as they have many dishes that are very good (the paella, the lomo saltado, the octopus and so many others). Our server Juan was very good as well.

First time and won’t be the last! Excellent food and the service was wonderful. I had the Ahi Tuna and shrimp special and my dinner mates had the Malbec short ribs…. Fabulous! Also, the Selva ceviche , Selva Caesar, and the house chopped salad… delicious! Leave room for the chocolate mousse dessert…well worth the calories!

We shared the braised short-rib egg rolls and shrimp-corvina ceviche as appetizers, and both were excellent. I had the Ahi Tuna, and my date enjoyed the lamb chops. Both entrees were generous size and exquisitely prepared. The cocktails and wine selection is superb. Frank was a wonderful, attentive server. The University Town Center venue was new to us, and is spectacular. It shares the intimate feel of the downtown venue, with romantic, understated decor. Highly recommended, we will be back.

We all enjoyed the scrumptious lamb for dinner. One thing we are dismayed about is the planned discontinuation of the Selva sundae for dessert. We were able to rustle up two of them, but have been told they will be gone in a couple of weeks!!! PLEASE KEEP THE SELVA SUNDAE. IF ITS NOT ONNTHE MENU WE WILL NOT ORDER DESSERTS.

Sorely disappointed in our experience. High prices and small portions, especially for the 3 course prix fixe option. Skirt steak advertised with house made chimichurri but chimichurri was non-existent. Ceviche was good but food otherwise pedestrian. Service was inattentive. At these prices, they need to do a lot better. The only thing I really liked was the decor. I would not return or recommend.

There was stable with six people that were laughing & clapping their hands through the whole meal. It was our anniversary & we wanted a nice romantic meal.

Had a nice lunch here. Great for our meeting, the staff were really friendly and the food was excellent! 10/10 recommend!

The food at Selva is always great but last night was outstanding. There were four of us in our party and we all commented on how exceptional the food was. The server was also attentive.

We brought our friend to dinner at Selva and were happy we did. The service was good and the food, as always, was excellent. We will be back!
