Very artistically and creatively prepared dishes. I would add more fish varieties to choose from and more salad choices. A lovely experience.

Selva was recommended by the Valet at the Ritz Carlton, Sarasota as his favorite restaurant. It was fantastic. The wait staff, Dennis, was kind, informative and instructive. We had the duck and the short rib. Perfectly cooked. The spin on caesar salad was delicious. I will never get regular caesar salad again. A very short drive from our hotel. I would return if I was a local.

Excellent meal. Our waiter, Michael, was wonderful. First time and will definitely be back at Selva downtown Sarasota.

The food was incredible, as alway. Hats off to the chef. The red wine list was lacking and over priced. The whites and miscellaneous selections were great. I recomend a serious reworking the red wine selections. 75% of your current list should appear on a “captain’s list.
