                                        Selia is such a welcoming restaurant with really great options for gluten-free food. My partner (who eats gluten) didn't realize his food was gluten-free. The staff are friendly, professional, kind, and incredibly accommodating. Alex was our server and made us laugh. She helped us through the menu and made sure we got exactly what we were craving. It was a really great experience. I can't wait to come back for one of the fun events that they put on and for a smoothie after a workout before then.

                                        We had a reservation booked for our family for Valentine's Day. We were running a few minutes late due to a traffic accident so I called the restaurant to confirm that we were still coming. When we arrived, our table was not ready and we had to wait about 15 minutes to be seated. Knowing Valentine's is likely one of their busier days, we were very patient however everything was incredibly slow (getting menus, ordering, getting our food). Our drinks were never refilled. We were never checked on to confirm our meals were correct, or if we needed anything else. We were hoping to try dessert but everything was so slow we decided we had had enough waiting. The food was alright but not spectacular enough for us to return.

                                        Everything was great but - Unfortunately the onion rings were oily and soft. Only option for hamburger bun was gluten free. Not as good as a regular bun.

                                        I had such a great time at Selia! I had one of the hamburgers and poutine. The patty was absolutely outstanding and the bun was exceptional. You can have a great burger but if the bun is not good it will ruin everything.. This was one of the best burgers I have had in a long time! I was super full after my meal but I couldn't leave without trying the onion rings.. I took them to go. They were also amazing. A bit greasy but its deep fried, what do you expect. I will be back for sure!
