The Secret Garden is a luxurious venue for the most prestigious. We will be offering an incredible dining experience, alongside classic Mediterranean activities like Shisha, and an amazing Bar with authentic drinks. We are coming soon to Leicester. Our mentality comes from the classic Mediterranean experiences such as Italian cuisines and Hookah Shisha smoking. We wanted to couple modern and quality drinks along side this. Combined with an authentic luxurious environment, we have created a place worth the talk. We aim towards having the most exotic and luxurious environment in Leicester. We hope you feel the same.

What a discovery! In the ‘best area to eat in the UK’ top of the range and still wonderfully quiet at lunchtime.

We went for a special birthday meal and were not disappointed. The service was amazing and the food delicious - a good choice of menu and top quality ingredients. We had great cocktails, too.

Our host Carmelo was absolutely fantastic. Extremely attentive and gave a very warm welcome, thank you for making our evening so special. Chef Gigi's food was 10/10, generous portions and good quality ingredients used. We will be back.

Our first time at the Secret Garden, an amazing Italian Restaurant in Leicester; the food was delicious, the restaurant simply perfect and the service very professional. We’ll come again to enjoy new plates. Thank you very much for having us!

Best lounge in Leicester . Amazing service and menu . The waiters are funny , respectful and the quality of the shisha is on another level . Really beautiful place :)

The service was great thanks to Carnelo for all his nice gestures and professional service. The chef did great work in making sure we enjoyed the food from the starter to the main and the dessert. I will go there again

This fabulous restaurant caught my eye every time I would walk past it on my route to cheerleading training. The luxurious decor immediately stood out to me so I had to google to find out what type of restaurant it was. When I found out that it was an Italian, I was over the moon as that’s my favourite style of food so I instantly booked it to have a romantic evening meal with my boyfriend for my 21st birthday. It was super easy to book through OpenTable and there was a variety of menu options to book and choose from. I decided to book the Christmas set menu which was 3 courses for only £25 per person. That’s such an amazing deal! There were many food options to choose from on the Christmas set menu which was amazing. And they also had my very favourite Italian dish on the menu, Carbonara. The food was absolutely delicious and was the best Italian food I have ever tasted! The portions were perfect sizing all the way through from the starter, main and dessert. Normally you get tiny portions on set menus but our portions were perfect and very generous. The cocktails were so tasty and very well made, and I loved how there was a large variety of cocktails to choose from. The waiter Carmelo is so welcoming and he was attentive throughout. His lovely bubbly character really made mine and my boyfriends night spectacular, and ended the evening of my birthday on a high note. The chef Tommaso is one of the best Italian chefs I have come across. The food truly was superb and I can’t wait to go back to have more of his delicious food. I highly recommend this gorgeous restaurant as they truly take care of you and give you the best fine dining experience while your surrounded in the restaurants spectacular decor atmosphere.

The welcome was warm and funny it was an early booking so we could change where we were allocated. We asked the waiter questions but he didn't understand so we hoped for the best. We asked for still tap water but got served a large bottle of mineral water that added an unexpected extra £4 to the bill. I did ask for sparkling water which of course I expected to pay for. We were served some complimentary chilli olives and bread which was a nice touch. We both chose pasta dishes ranging between £18 and £15. I was expecting a large pasta bowl for that price. Both tagliatelle were served on the plate horizontally in a sausage shape. It did not look appetising but rather lonely on an over sized dish. My sauce was very strong like a Stilton but because the waiter didn't understand our questions I took it that it was meant to be that strong, it wasn't pleasant but as it was the only hot food available after a long day at a conference so I did eat it all. It has only been opened 5 weeks ago, so there's enough time to tweak the menu, increase the portion sizes and change the food presentation before they get a not so good reputation. Ending on a positive note, the decor is beautiful the lighting and the waterfall give it a tranquil ambiance. It would a a fun place for a couple of cocktails with the girls, however not for a meal.
