In Italian, the word, Secondo means “the second part of a duet.” When we opened Panico’s Bistro, we knew we wanted to eventually add some harmony to our original melody and so, Secondo is the continuation of our long-standing tradition to serve classic Italian cuisine in concert with Mediterranean influences right here in Cape May County. Nested beautifully on the bay, enjoy dinner and hand-handcrafted cocktails; inside in our sophisticated dining room or outside on our covered patio next to the harbor and water.

Reservations recommended. Walk-ins are accepted based on availability. We will do our best to accommodate requests for seating preferences and/or outside dining, but they cannot be guaranteed based on limited outdoor seating. Outdoor dining may have additional wait times. Two bars (seasonal) are available to enjoy cocktails and wine should you arrive early for your reservation.

                                                                                                                We went on Valentines Day so obviously its going to be crowded. Our server had tables in both rooms which doesn't make sense so service was very slow. 30 min to get our first drink. The noise level is way way too loud for a nice dining restaurant at this price point . Not romantic at all. Food was very good. I recommend sit at the bar and not for a nice couples night

                                                                                                                Our server Margot was very attentive and on point. My son’s crab and clam with spaghetti was very good as was my husband’s mahi mahi specialist entree. I chose papparadelle with eggplant, zucchini, squash and olives. There was no eggplant in the dish, and the red sauce was a thick heavy tomato, which was disappointing I don’t mind spending more for Good quality , but that dish was nothing to write home about. The octopus appetizer was very good as was the sangria. $200 before tip for 3 people .. should be excellent food. Maybe just stick with specials?

Char broiled oysters were tasty - just wished they were more meaty like NOLA. Lamb chops, NE clam chowder, & seafood linguine were delicious - and drinks were nicely made.

                                                                                                                Staff was pleasant and helpful; food was excellent as were the drinks. Easy to make online reservations through Open Table. Will definitely go back.

                                                                                                                The place was very cold fireplace was not on we were all very uncomfortable we ordered drinks it took 15 min to receive our drinks the place was not crowded the waiters were all standing around the food was mediocre and not hot and the worst part about it, two of us are sick with terrible Gi symptoms today Never again
