In Italian, the word, Secondo means “the second part of a duet.” When we opened Panico’s Bistro, we knew we wanted to eventually add some harmony to our original melody and so, Secondo is the continuation of our long-standing tradition to serve classic Italian cuisine in concert with Mediterranean influences right here in Cape May County. Nested beautifully on the bay, enjoy dinner and hand-handcrafted cocktails; inside in our sophisticated dining room or outside on our covered patio next to the harbor and water.

Reservations recommended. Walk-ins are accepted based on availability. We will do our best to accommodate requests for seating preferences and/or outside dining, but they cannot be guaranteed based on limited outdoor seating. Outdoor dining may have additional wait times. Two bars (seasonal) are available to enjoy cocktails and wine should you arrive early for your reservation.

                                                                                                                Come to Secondo a lot.. little disappointed this time. Mozzarella balls are always a go to.. this time we ordered them and received the usual three but this time the entire order was the size of one normal ball.. Ran out of two specials and didn’t receive the oil with the bread until way later. Waitress was great but definitely disappointed this time around.

                                                                                                                Dinner was exceptional, as always and Shannon, our waitress, was a pleasure. Thea and her team put out a fabulous product and never disappoint!

We had mahi special, and Rib eye special… I would have liked to sit by the window, which I requested, but was told those tables were for larger parties… we were a party of 3…. There were tables for 4.. I don’t see the issue, when your spending $200 or more, but, whatever… still enjoyed our dinner

                                                                                                                Food was great! Had the veal pecorino…tender and tasty! The lobster trio was delicious too! Makenna was superb! Music/singer was great entertainment!

                                                                                                                My reservation was for 7:45. We did not get seated until 8:45. This was unacceptable and not the first time it’s happened at Secondo. No one offered an apology or to comp us in any small way. Like dessert would have been nice or comp us a meal. Lots of options in the area so this makes Secondo less desirable to me…. Disappointing for sure

                                                                                                                Really was wonderful service food noise level was just hard to hear anyone else at the table with food was great. We definitely go again. Maybe take earplugs not the restaurant’s fault sorta

                                                                                                                One person in our group had dietary restrictions and the chef accommodated her. The server was attentive and the food was great! Beautiful ambience and will definitely return.Don’t miss this restaurant if you’re in the area!
