Crafted by a love of cocktails, incredible food, and of course - prosecco, we're proud to be Hamilton's first prosecco bar. Located in the beloved James Street South neighborhood, we opened our doors on August 3rd 2022. We're excited to create and share memorable experiences with you all.

Chef Kenny has created our vibrant menu for Winter. Offering fresh flavours throughout our globally inspired dishes - you'll soon come to realize we're more than just a Prosecco bar.

The Sous Chef series was created to celebrate our incredible sous chefs' growth, experiences, and expertise. Join Rayna, the Sous Chef of Secco, and Jacob, the Sous Chef of Noir, as they present you with an incredible culinary journey. The duo has prepared two amuses, four courses, and a dessert highlighting the skills and techniques they've learned while working with Chef Kenny. Our incredible beverage director, Aria, has paired wines with each course, to compliment your experience. Join us for this collaborative dinner that celebrates growth in our community. To Note: - There is one seating available at 7pm. - $100 includes all courses, tax and gratuity is extra. - Wine pairings are an additional $35, plus tax and gratuity.

made a reservation for 5 for 7:30 pm on Sunday. It took a bit for our server to come over once we arrived. our drink order was finally taken, however it took over an hour to get our drinks. it was explained that there were some issues with staff and someone had to rush in (which we can appreciate) but we thought the wait was a little excessive. since it took so long for drinks we hadn’t put a food order in yet. when another server walked by and we asked, he had to double check to see when last call was. this was a little confusing considering we had made a reservation for dinner. we did finally get our drinks, which were good. no complaints on the food.

Absolutely amazing food, beyond our expectations! The tall male waiter with a short black haircut and beard made us feel as if we were beings served by a friend we have known for years. His service made our night! As well as the drinks the male bartender was making, we’re beyond delicious. Will come back for the Peanut Butter espresso martini and the Bubba Cocktail for sure! As a vegan I was beyond delighted with how included vegan food was incorporated into the menu. Many dishes came vegan as is and no changes had to be made, such as the DELICIOUS Caesar salad. My boyfriend who is not vegan said he would eat that salad every time again because you wouldn’t even know it was vegan! As well, it was my Boyfriends birthday and our amazing server brought him an Ube Crème Brûlée which he lit with a candle for us which was very kind of him/the restaurant. Additionally, the atmosphere was very soft and cozy and as we progressed into the night the restaurant did not get particularly overly loud. Would highly recommend Secco to anyone! Surely look forward to coming back! Even for just a drink and apps (:

Last night at Secco, Rayna and Jacob delivered a tasting menu that was a true culinary triumph. With complete creative freedom, they crafted a dining experience that showcased their exceptional skills—Rayna as Sous Chef at Secco, and Jacob, Sous Chef at Noir. The atmosphere buzzed with anticipation as each dish told a story of their journey and passion for their craft. Every course was meticulously executed, starting with a briny East Coast oyster, perfectly complemented by a bright citrus relish. The whipped burrata with brûléed pomelo and tamarind balsamic offered a delightful contrast of creamy and tart. Each bite revealed their creativity and attention to detail. The smoked and cured salmon, paired with crisp radish, edible flowers, and a punchy yuzu aioli, balanced delicate flavors with bold touches. The confit chicken doppio and scallops with nduja highlighted their mastery of technique, combining spice, sweetness, and umami in perfect harmony. The meal’s crescendo was the tender wagyu striploin, served with heirloom carrot pavé, béarnaise, and a subtly tangy saké sauce robert—a luxurious dish that left a lasting impression. The final flourish was an airy ubé soufflé, perfectly paired with the sparkling Giro Ribot Cava, bringing a crisp, effervescent finish to the evening. Rayna and Jacob’s passion shone through in every dish, reflecting a depth of flavor and technical prowess that could rival Michelin-starred establishments. This evening wasn’t just a meal; it was a celebration of culinary storytelling, where each plate spoke of dedication, vision, and joy. A special thanks to Aria, whose sommelier expertise beautifully elevated the evening. Her masterful selections enhanced each course with a refined touch, each adding a new dimension to the experience.This is an evening I will cherish, and a reminder of the magic that happens when talent, precision and creativity converge. My friend and I had a great time! The restaurant is lovely and has a great atmosphere. The host was very polite and the server was very friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our food and drinks as well. I look forward to coming back.

Our first experience at Secco was a 5 star hands down. Great atmosphere, excellent food, awesome, unique variety of cocktails & fun staff. If you’re a fan of espresso martinis this is your place; several varieties to try!

The food was out of this world delicious. We were very happy. The service was perfect and over the top they did their most to accommodate us with some of our allergies and to make us happy and make sure we were satisfied. Thank you 💜

I recently dined at Secco and was absolutely blown away! The food was immaculate— each dish was a work of art and bursting with flavour. The service was top-notch; the staff were not only friendly and courteous, but also incredibly skilled in their craft, making the entire experience even more enjoyable. What truly stood out was their attention to detail. From the presentation of the dishes to the thoughtful recommendations, it was clear that they take pride in every aspect of the dining experience. I highly recommend Secco to anyone looking for an exceptional meal.

Our sever was wonderful! Very attentive and likely stayed past her shift to continue serving us! Great place for bottomless mimosas and would certainly come back!

Secco is a unique concept that brings together a city vibe, elegant tastings and a fusion of flavoured dishes for an excellent experience! Our server was authentically pleasant and very attentive. I really enjoyed the rose Prosecco flight! Various tastes and all delicious. The food was outstanding! We are well travelled and enjoy trying all international flavours. The fusion of flavours here are perfect in our opinion. Well thought out and just the right marriage of ingredients. Hard to decide which dishes we enjoyed the most but I really loved the Adobo Chicken and the Wagyu tacos. My husband loved the spicy salmon sushi the best. All of the dishes we ordered were outstanding. If you are looking for more of an intimate dinner I would suggest dining earlier. Bravo to the owners on a brilliant restaurant !
