Crafted by a love of cocktails, incredible food, and of course - prosecco, we're proud to be Hamilton's first prosecco bar. Located in the beloved James Street South neighborhood, we opened our doors on August 3rd 2022. We're excited to create and share memorable experiences with you all.

Chef Kenny has created our vibrant menu for Winter. Offering fresh flavours throughout our globally inspired dishes - you'll soon come to realize we're more than just a Prosecco bar.

That was the most perfect and delicious brunch. Second time I have been and it was even better than the first. That steak and egg, flora mimosa and blackberry creme brûlée… to die for! And they make a perfect expresso!

Always an amazing time at Secco! Great food, great drinks and great vibes all around. The staff are always so kind and welcoming and they’re able to answer any and all questions about their Prosecco selection. Their recommendations are always on point!

We went for bottomless mimosas on a Saturday morning. Drinks were very good, they had several juice options for our mimosas. The food was also excellent, and the server was lovely. Great atmosphere and overall a really good experience!

Ordered the chicken and waffles and Secco Benny. It was very flavourful and I would highly recommend it. The service was also great.
