Seaweed Steaks, Seafood & Sushi is a contemporary steak and seafood experience.
Dishes are prepared in three separate areas; the main kitchen, the sushi bar and the raw bar. Rather than offering individual starters and main courses, Seaweed serves dishes that are designed to be shared at the table or enjoyed individually, and are brought to the table continuously throughout the experience.

    I found it could have been more accommodating in that I had made the reservations specifically for our anniversary stating as such in the reservation and no mention to us whatsoever. Waiter rushed our service and only said the specials after I asked, didn’t provide a drink menu and was slightly rude. I understand folks have an off night so I rated him 3 stars but overall it was a desirable experience. Pretty good value for the money as well.

    Another GREAT experience and meal at Seaweed. From the friendly heartfelt greeting by Chelley, the manager, when we got there, to the front staff assisting us, to Tyker our server, and the assistant staff - All of them made the time there comfortable and enjoyable. Food was superb as always. Been to Seaweed many, many times and looking forward to going back soon!

    The food was extremely good and the wait staff couldn't have been more accommodating. We are just sorry that our visit to Clearwater is almost over and we won't be able to eat at Seaweed again.

    We had a wonderful dinner. We ate a wedge salad which has candied bacon. I had the Bellair grouper which was delicious. My husband had the citrus prepared grouper which was very good. Our server was wonderful.

    We had a fabulous time and enjoyed everything from our waitress to our drinks to our apps and main meals. Our waitress was polite, professional, prompt and kind.

    This was our first visit. Iv'e had several of my clients speak very highly of Seaweed, and now I know why. We were seated right away for our 5:30 reservation. We were greeted soon after being seated by our exceptional server . Drinks and appetizers were ordered and delivered in a timely manner as the restaurant was full and busy. Appetizers were Tuna teaser and firecracker shrimp, for the price both were decent. Happy Hour drinks and bites for the price was a pleasant surprise. We all ordered something different for our entrees and all were very pleased. You cannot go wrong with any of the fresh fish dishes. My husband ordered the Meatloaf and it was delicious as well. We all cannot wait to go back and try more of their fantastic food! Way to go Seaweed.. We are hooked...(pun intended)

    Great food and service at a very competitive price. Really appreciated the manager stopping at our table to enquire about our experience and the reason why we were dining with them. Fully expect to visit Seaweed on our upcoming visits to the Clearwater area.
