The food was of very high quality and the service was very good and friendly , my only criticism would be that our dessert came with a balsamic drizzle which wasn't mentioned on the menu, we managed to eat around it but wouldn't have ordered it or asked for it to be omitted if we'd have known

This is a very nice restaurant and the service was polite and friendly. However, we both felt that the food could have had more flavour. The scallop dish was swamped with parsley oil which detracted from the flavour of the scallops and didn't add much. The beef brisket wellington, the meat was rather dry and more sauce was needed. The lobster thermidor was good but lacked the punch you expect from a cream, cheese and brandy sauce. We would give it another try if we were in the area as the ambience was good.

This was one of the best restaurants we have used. We both had the crab starter which was scrumptious and main - lobster and fillet steak - an absolute delight. The creme brûlée matched the first two courses in its taste. A memorable evening of good company, excellent food and service. Highly recommended.

Seasons has undergone a refurbishment since our last visit and the new look is very calming and relaxing. As usual the menu although not extensiver offers choices to appeal to discerning diners and our selections were cooked to perfection. Enjoyed a very relaxing and delightful meal to celebrate our 53rd wedding anniversary. Plan to return soon.

Our overall lunch experience at Seasons was disappointing. The person serving us was very friendly, but there was only one server and service levels tapered off when more people started to arrive. The ham hock and carpaccio starters were delicious. The mains is where the disappointment comes in. We ordered beef fillet (medium rare) and the monk fish. The steak was totally over cooked, virtually well done and dry. The fish portion was very small and moderately over cooked too, making it a bit tough. We decided against desert. Restaurant decor acceptable.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our Valentine's Day treat, dinner at Seasons restaurant, on 14th February. We have never been disappointed with the food at this local gem. However, I'm glad that on this occasion, we opted for chef Roger's special set Valentine's menu instead of going a la carte. From the sharing platter starter, to the succulent beef Wellington and its accompanying sides, and the selection of delicious deserts, the food was truly outstanding. Bea's attentive 'front of house' service rounded off the experience nicely.
