We have a menu built on locally & regionally sourced ingredients, and recipes developed in house. We have special equipment used by top steakhouses across the country to get an incredible sear on every steak that leaves the kitchen. Great meal at Sear last night. Our table was ready when we arrived. The service was great. We enjoyed talking with Anna our server. She did a great job. The steaks were cooked too perfection. The service was fast and we enjoyed the entire experience.

I was really looking forward to eating at a high-end steak house but when my double Old Fashioned was delivered with a muddled orange at the bottom I knew it wasn’t. I had the goat cheese cigars for an appetizer and should have stopped there! They were delicious!! My steak was over-cooked and served on top of mashed potatoes when I specifically asked for NO SIDES. My second drink was straight whiskey and appeared to have more whiskey than the first, odd. Desert was as good if not better than the appetizer, so at least my sweet tooth had a good time.

All four of us had the Surf & Turf and all enjoyed. Kudos to Sear for moving the Scallops from starters to entrees.

Steak wasn’t even seared. Most everyone’s food was cold. Service was great, shoutout to Sam for being the only good part of the experience.

Our waitress went above and beyond our expectations. She made our first dining experience so pleasant. We will definitely be back!

Food and environment were excellent. Goat Cheese Cigars were incredible. Only improvement would be to have appetizer plates when appetizers are delivered.
