Six of us went to Sea + Sear for a 50th Anniversary dinner and I'm just blown away by not only the food, but the service and kindness of the staff and Chef. The food was top tier. We had several starters - bread, wedge salad, Caesar salad, octopus, lobster bisque, and beef tartare. All delicious. For main dishes - Steaks cooked to perfection and exactly to specifications. I had a stuffed pasta dish with tomatoes and pesto that was outstanding. The chicken and foie gras was another standout dish. The flavors were amazing across the board. No one at the table had a comment about something they would change. The service was an absolute standout and really made this anniversary very special. Our server, JP, was an absolute professional and a total jem. He listened to my father talk about what kind of wine he liked and JP brought him a taste of a wine that was perfection with dinner. JP also made sure to stand by my father who has a harder time hearing in larger spaces. He was attentive - drinks replenished, answered questions, and great timing - but not overbearing. Lastly, the Chef was incredibly kind! He came out to welcome us and once he learned it was a 50th anniversary dinner, he made sure to add some gold leaf to my parents' dishes and that was so special and such a heartfelt touch. He checked on our table several times to see how everything was and made sure we had everything we needed. At the end of the meal, we were all stuffed (the food was so good), and we were going to pass on dessert, but the Chef made a special anniversary dessert plate for my parents. My dad adored the pear mousse and goat milk ice cream. My mom loved the lemon dessert and goat milk ice cream. It was just such a lovely experience from start to finish, and the entire restaurant was so welcoming. I joked that they would see us for the 51st anniversary, but I definitely won't be waiting that long to return to this jem of a restaurant. Thank you for an amazing memory!

Brad was an excellent server. He was pleasant and answered our questions about the menu readily as well as made some suggestions for drinks based on our interests. The food however was mostly unimpressive and not worth the price. The scallops were perfectly cooked, tartare was delicious, and the grouper was maybe the best I've ever had, but the aged ribeye steak and the potato puree left a lot to be desired. Not sure we'd come again as we prefer the rooftop restaurant, Illume, but I'm glad we tried it and that we had excellent service.

Service was impeccable. Drinks were a bit slow to come from the bar but were on point when they finally arrived. The food be it an appetizer, entree, or dessert were amazingly delicious. Everyone at our table was caught off guard on how delicious the truffle and regular fries were; they were perfectly crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. If you are in the Orlando area and looking to celebrate a special occasion, then do yourself a favor and head to Sear + Sea at JW Marriott.

The lamb loin was amazing and the service from JP was outstanding! The wedge was good, but overpriced for what was received.

Overall a wonderful experience, obviously it's expensive but for an offshoot on date night, it's an experience worth paying for. Food is PHENOMENAL.

Fabulous restaurant with great food and service. Loved the sea bass and the gentlemen ate filets! Cooked perfectly. Highly recommend this restaurant!

We went here because of the superb reviews for our anniversary and because it is Michelin rated and overall we’re disappointed. We ordered the beef carpaccio to start and it was horrible. We have had beef carpaccio elsewhere and loved it, but the cheese on this one was terrible, the flavors did not accent each other well. Then my husband had a rib eye and it was mediocre and dry. The catch of the day was delicious as well as the mac b cheese and broccolini. The hostess noted that we were celebrating our anniversary and after that the waiter made no mention of it which was incredibly disappointing. Other high end restaurants we have been to for our anniversary at least have acknowledged the occasion and have given a complimentary dessert. There was nothing of the sort here. I would not recommend this place to someone as I don’t feel the prices or reviews accurately reflect the experience.
