SeaBlue Restaurant and Wine Bar is the finest restaurant on the Grand Strand, featuring Contemporary American cuisine rooted in classic French cooking technique. We aspire to be among the best restaurants in the country, using locally sourced ingredients and displaying five-star service to all our guests. We are proud of our many awards, #1 Restaurant in the Country in 2014 by OpenTable and Best of Award of Excellence 2012-2018 by Wine Spectator, just to name a few.

As owners, Kenneth Norcutt and Tracy Smith are involved in every aspect of the restaurant. Our travels, extensive background, and passion for food and wine enable us to share our experiences with you in our small community of North Myrtle Beach, SC. We are a small family dedicated to an intimate culinary adventure, a playground for lovers of wine and fine cuisine.

I’ve ate at many “fine dining” restaurants. Without a doubt, SEA BLUE is truly one of the best restaurants that focuses on great service and the highest quality of food prepared to perfection!

Another excellent meal - fresh oysters, filet for the lady and pork chop for me. Creme brulee for the lady and flan for me. Everything was wonderful. Server Jason really added to the ambience and was very knowledgeable and attendant. We visit every year at about same time - next year will be yet another opportunity.

We were warmly welcomed as we entered and immediately seated. Our server was excellent as she walked us through the specials and answered our questions. We never felt rushed. The manager stopped by a few times to see if everything was to our liking. The food was excellent t. We ordered the crab cake appetizer to share, it was very good, with a very interesting sauce. Delicious. We ordered the Filet and Blackened Scallops SS our entrees. Both were over the top excellent and well prepared! The wine list was impressive. We were very pleased with our diner at SeaBlue and for sure will return!

The best food and service around. Staff is there to tend to your every need. Can’t ask for better. Love our dining experience at SeaBlue.

Overall a good experience the type of place you go to for a special event. A bit pricey, but you get a very nice atmosphere and service is very attentive. Everything we had was served at a perfect temperature and tasted good. You won’t be disappointed if you go.

This was our first time at Sea Blue and it lived up to every thing we had heart. Food was incredible and Katie our waiter was fabulous. Prices are relatively high but the food was worth it.

Food was amazing but the atmosphere not so much. For prices that high it should be elegant and lovely and it’s in a strip mall.

"Food was amazing"... The quality of our ingredients and the talent in the kitchen is what sets the prices. This is a small country beach town with 27000 residents, not Las Vegas. Everything in Myrtle Beach is in a strip mall. Thank you for visiting us and enjoying our more laid-back island culture. SeaBlue Circa 2004...20 Years and still maintaining a 4.9/5.0 out of 5.0 rating on OpenTable. OpenTable's #1 Restaurant in the US in 2014. Cheers.

We come to MB several times a year. We enjoy the MB restaurants and focus on seafood when we are in MB. We had not been to Sea Blue and had dinner there. The seafood is outstanding. The menu is diverse so everyone will find what they want. The wine list is deep with selections from all serious wine regions. You will enjoy this gem.

My husband took me to SeaBlue for my birthday, and we really enjoyed it. I had the Charbroiled Oysters for appetizer and my husband had the short rib ravioli. I'd never eaten oysters and was expecting them to have a briny flavor similar to clams. For me, that was lacking but, overall, they were still very good. Ravioli were very good also. Entree for me was the Diver Scallops, and my husband ordered the Filet. Both were delicious. The scallops were very tender with only a few bites having a sandy texture. Other than that, they were great. My husband's filet melted in his mouth, according to him, and was on par with Scott Conant's NY restaurant which is high praise indeed. The rice pudding dessert was very good, and my husband liked his cinnamon coffee cake; however, the presentation of the cake was lacking. A slice on a plate no differently than if you cut a slice at home with a cup of coffee. We expected better for the price, and for this type of higher-end restaurant. We would definitely return because, again, our meal was delicious overall. Oh, and our server, Shaina (sp), was wonderful!
