Our true Napoletana pizza is proudly made by our vibrant pizzaiolo, Gimmy Piperku, who also heads the kitchen serving handmade pasta and other popular Italian dishes. Had a great time on Valentine’s Day like this restaurant way better than any of the ones in Little Italy Tony was our server and he was very attentive personable and had great energy even though it was really busy he always made sure we were taken care of. This is gonna be our new spot we love the food, everything was amazing. We had a perfect Valentine’s Day.

Always have had a good experience here but I think they were a bit overwhelmed for valentines day and the food quality suffered . Not up to their usual quality

Scuderie Italia is hands down one of the best pizzerias in San Diego! The food quality has drastically improved since Gimmy the pizzaiolo, took over. His pizzas are absolutely delicious! each bite is packed with flavor and made with the finest ingredients. We tried both the Roman and Neapolitan styles, and they were incredible. The Capricciosa, Cheese and Pepperoni, Margherita and Cotto e Funghi pizzas were all outstanding, with perfectly crisp crusts and delicious toppings. A special shout-out to my friend Caroline, the restaurant manager, who is the sweetest as usual :) Her excellent service truly added to the overall experience. And to top it off, the Creme Brûlée for dessert was simply the best we've ever had rich, smooth, and perfectly caramelized. Scuderie Italia never disappoints, and we can’t wait to return!

Delicious food! The Carbonara is fantastic and the puccia bread is too. We discovered this place through Uber Eats, and wanted to try everything right out of the kitchen rather than after a 20 minute drive, and we were not disappointed. This place is worth the drive; will be back.

I was disappointed that despite OpenTable explicitly showing 1/2 off pizzas on Tuesdays when I made the reservation, I was told that Christmas Eve counts as a holiday and holidays are excluded from promotions only after arriving at the restaurant. Pizza was good, but I would've picked a different night to eat had I known.
