Food and ambiance was excellent. Service was terrible. Took awhile before waitress came to get a drink order and it went down hill from there. She recognized the delay and poor service and asked if we’d like miso soup to hold us over til food came. No thanks-for the wait one of drinks or apps should have been comped.

Food was excellent. But it felt like I was shouting at my date the whole night because of all the loud musc and noise.

Server was great, food was very good - bordering on excellent. Environment was disheveled at best. They seated our 5 person party at a table that was more of a two top that made having food and drinks on table at the same time a challenge. The facility overall was messy. Dropped something and thought it went between seat and back of booth - made the mistake of pushing my fingers in the crack and found them covered in crumbs - kind of nasty. So, push for the patio seating to enjoy the ambience out of doors - because inside - there is very little.

Everything was excellent 👌. From the hot sake to spicy tuna apps, miso soup, and firecracker roll. But the most devine and decadent item on the menu was the Kalbi marinated beef! My server was excellent. I didn't order everything at once. Instead, I kept my menu and ordered one thing at a time to ensure that I didn't order too much because I don't like taking sushi home. Overall, it was a wonderful first experience and definitely going back.

Really disappointed with this trip to Screaming Tuna. Took 30 minutes to get our apps, the table next to us sat down 10 minutes after us and got their apps before us, as well as their food. They messed up my order when I tried to add stuff to an existing roll — they made this a completely new roll (which had eel, the only time I asked for eel was after we completed the stuff we wanted and I said “oh and a side of spicy mayo and eel sauce) which he received. Took forever to receive our check and then get my card back after we paid.
