I love DJ's Chicken Milanese which I normally order. However, last night I had just the Apple and Walnut salad and it was fresh and delicious. My husband wasn't a fan of their french onion soup, but we repeatedly order the tasty meatballs and arugala as an appetizer. One night they had pasta with blackened chicken in pesto sauce and it was the best meal I have ever eaten there. Am thankful for a great restaurant so close to our workplace in Fort Sheridan. I also should mention that the tables are set with linen and cloth napkins with candles so it makes even a quick dinner feel special.

Scotty’s never disappoints. The Paul’s Lake Superior white fish is soooo good!! My son had the baby back ribs for the first time and it is fall of the bone delicious. They make terrific cocktails and always great service and great friendly professional staff.

I live several miles away but whenever I am in or near Highwood I try to make it a point to go to Scottie’s. Great place and a great guy!

Great food and service as always. I especially like the bus staff. They couldn’t be nicer or more helpful. My friend had the whitefish and I had the Southwest Power Bowl. Both were delicious. We shared the crab cakes for an appetizer. It was also good. As we were celebrating my friend’s birthday, she was served a profiterole with a candle. So nice. There was a large party who weren’t aware that there was a dining room full of people trying to hear each other talk. They were having fun so not a problem overall but they were loud! Scotty’s is still one of my favorite places for dinner.
