Excellent food and ambience. However, we had the impression that they were trying to push the food on us too quickly. The starters were finished after 15 min and they tried to serve the mains before we were finished the starters! So I had to ask them to slow down. In fairness, this was done with good grace and then the pace was more appropriate. A little expensive for the whole experience but overall, excellent. Oysters and yellowtail perfect followed by Dover Sole which was outstanding. Would recommend and we will return.

Unfortunately, the service wasn’t as always! there was so much delays in service and absent staff in the outdoor seatings. However, I appreciated their thoughtfulness in celebrating my birthday.

Excellent food and ambience however the £190 P Montrachet was very disappointing indeed and I highly recommend the inclusion of this wine in one of my favourite London restaurants wine lists is reviewed and revised.i am very familiar with wine from this region and this is a very poor example of one of my favourite wines.

Our experience at this restaurant was average. The waiter was not friendly. The food was good especially the Dover Sole but the wine pour was insufficient. It had a bit of a factory atmosphere designed to move the guests in and out as quickly and efficiently as possible. We will not go back or recommend.

Truly disappointing. Shell in dressed crab. Uncooked potatoes. Uncooked Bakewell pudding. Wine put on ice but infrequently poured - ‘unacceptable’ said one waitor. Rest of meal adequate but unexceptional. Noise level made it hard to talk across table. Service probably the least impressive I’ve had in this country. Responding to comment re food one waitor said - ‘they have a hard job in the kitchen.’ That was the only response / query.

Wonderful food and service. People at next table played on their phones loudly and played videos noisily and no one did anything about it. Beyond rude.

Fabulous dinner with oysters, amazing turbot fish of the day, dessert and delicious burgundy recommended by the sommelier. A great night!

Outstanding as always. As usual we sat at the counter. Turns out the two folks to our right had also been to Frieze London today so we were able to commiserate. Point being you can often meet and strike up lively conversation with like minded diners. Lots of fun
