Lieu prisé des golfeurs et des habitants de la région, le Highlander Pub and Grill propose une cuisine raffinée et élégante. Vous profiterez de l'ambiance typique d'une taverne de quartier, d'un délicieux menu et de plats copieux. Le menu complet se compose de gros sandwiches de pub, de steaks appétissants, de plats de pâtes et de fruits de mer succulents, ainsi que de spécialités gastronomiques du chef quotidiennes. Vous y trouverez même des plats traditionnels écossais comme le cottage pie, le fish and chips et la tourte au poulet. Le Highlander dispose d'une salle à manger extérieure unique. La vaste terrasse donnant sur le parcours de golf est l'endroit idéal pour prendre un verre, profiter d'un repas ou bien seulement se détendre. Our family enjoys our meals at Highlander Pub. The servers are always courteous, the food is always good and the atmosphere is lovely. I can’t think of another local restaurant that has a comparable view. The addition of the social membership was a great idea. If I’m being fussy, when the bar is busy, the noise carries over to the restaurant but this is certainly not a consistent concern.

We were there early so it wasn’t busy yet. The food was delicious, they had a nice variety. My son and I got freshly made omelettes which were delicious. He then had the Bananas Foster stuffed French toast and Apple rolled pancakes which he said were delicious. I had the peel your own shrimp and he got dessert, German chocolate cake which was delicious. The food was very,very good and so was the service. We will definitely be going back.

Had the salmon. It was delicious as usual. This is our favorite place to eat outside. It’s always decorated so cute.

The food, especially the French onion soup is actually getting better. This is the second time we had McKenna as our server. She is EXCELLENT! Our regards to her. We will be back for our next get together. We hope we can have her again.

everything about our evening was perfect. from the bartender Brooke who made a great drink and very friendly . to the server gab who was wonderful always checking on our table. to the managers Jason and Greg who also made sure everything was perfect!! The food was excellent. five stars to the chef also!! I would definitely recommend!!!

First time and won’t be our last. The manager knew we were a bit chilly sitting outside and he brought the fire pit closer to us! I mean, this is definitely above and beyond! Came around and asked everyone how their meal was…don’t see that happening much anymore. The beet salad was amazing, one of the best I’ve ever had. And the burger was yummy. We are very picky eaters so when we like something, it’s top notch. Also loved the music!! We sat on the patio and it was just perfect

We visit Scotland Run/Highlander Pub & Grill at least once a month for meals, sometimes more often than that. Generally, food and service are very good. However, on Saturday, September 21, 2024, while dining outdoors, there were serious gaps in what is an otherwise enjoyable experience. We sat and wait for extended periods of time for our courses. Our server and the food runners were scarce. Once the food arrived, it was cold and not entirely what we ordered. One member of our dinner party ordered a meal that came with French fries; the French fries were ice cold; the server ask how our food was and we informed her about the cold French fries; the server quickly retrieved a fresh plate of hot French fries. One member of our dinner party ordered a turkey club sandwich. The sandwich had oversized slices of tomato... but negligible amounts of turkey. I ordered the black bean burger; it was served on a roll that fell apart after I took the first bite. The sandwich was served with a side salad, which wasn't listed on the menu and which I did not request; it's rather ironic that the server didn't note this, especially since I ordered/was served an $18 seasonal salad as my first course. The manager stopped by our table and we politely informed him of the poor service and inconsistencies with the food. The manager said, and I quote: "I guess you can tell our chef is not here tonight." I told him .. "no, I had no idea you didn't have a chef on duty on a busy Saturday night." He offered to comp one member of our party an after-dinner drink; however, that person doesn't drink alcoholic beverages. We weren't looking for any comps; we just wanted to be heard and acknowledged. The manager left our table after 20-30 seconds to not be seen or heard from again. All in all, we made the best of a profoundly disappointing dining experience. We normally love this dining experience. While I'm sure we will be back, it might be a while. They need to do better.
