The Scotch 80 Prime name pays homage to the historical and sought-after Scotch 80s neighborhood in Las Vegas. The 80 acres of land was purchased in the early 1900’s by the city’s first mayor, Peter Buol. It was bought using funds from Scottish investors and became home to many celebrities, casino titans and prominent Vegas figures.

We thank you for adhering to a business casual dress code. Please no shorts, tank tops, flip-flops, swim- or gym-wear. Remove caps when entering and exiting. No outside food or drinks are permitted.

This exclusive menu includes a 16oz Bourbon aged ribeye, choice of soup or salad and each guest will receive a tasting flight of our 2 Single Barrel BUFFALO TRACE bourbons and our newest release, Single Barrel BLANTON'S bourbon. As an added treat, one night only, on September 21st from 5p -7p, Master Blender Drew Mayville for Sazerac, will stop by tableside to discuss the new releases and chat about how he makes such great juice! Food wasn’t very good! Will not be going back, Ruth Chris on the strip is a lot better an prices are comparable.

The food was absolutely amazing! Got the prawn appetizer, filet mignon, rib eye, garlic mashed purée and asparagus. It was our anniversary and they surprised us with a yummy treat. The waiter and busser were also amazing! Highly recommend, perfect for date night!

Scotch 80 Prime was perfect. The Palms Old Fashioned was a nice start, and the rib cap with Alaskan Crab Oscar was a hit. My wife loved the Ahi Tuna, and our only regret was we were too stuffed for dessert. We will definitely be back.

I was so excited to take my husband here for his birthday celebration (in from AZ) and after a ton of research landed here. What a mistake. Our service was horrendous - we started with a cocktail and wanted to have wine with dinner but our server never came over to even ask if how dinner was or if we wanted a drink. We actually ran out of water with no refills…. The crab cakes were so dry and fishy I couldn’t eat them, but the server didn’t ask or care. What a terrible dinner on what should have been a great celebration- I was embarrassed I chose this place for my husband. Never again.
