The Scotch 80 Prime name pays homage to the historical and sought-after Scotch 80s neighborhood in Las Vegas. The 80 acres of land was purchased in the early 1900’s by the city’s first mayor, Peter Buol. It was bought using funds from Scottish investors and became home to many celebrities, casino titans and prominent Vegas figures.

We thank you for adhering to a business casual dress code. Please no shorts, tank tops, flip-flops, swim- or gym-wear. Remove caps when entering and exiting. No outside food or drinks are permitted.

I did the social hours so prices were very reasonable otherwise it is a high end restaurant.

The bone marrow appetizer was good, as well as the shrimp cocktail and oysters . But our main entrees Ribeye and Salmon , we’re so disappointed. The steak was hard and tasteless and we just asked for a steak sauce so my husband can eat some of it . The salmon was tasteless too and so very greasy. Lots of oil. We didn’t wanna complain while we were there because we don’t wanna look bad , but instead we won’t come back anymore. And most of the staffs doesn’t even know how to smile except the hostesses.

A misunderstanding between myself and the waiter, We got the wrong steak. We wanted the wagu NY strip steak . but ended up getting a bone in NY steak. the waiter was willing to take it back and get us the correct steak . But I felt that would be a waste of food, so we said no, that's fine. Next time, we will be clearer. FYI, it's worth the money to buy wagu. The bone in steak has no flavor needed A1 sauce to get it down .

Everything was top notch; from the service to the meal! Noah took care of us and made us feel special. The food was so delicious. We had the empanadas with the chimichurri sauce, the aged bone-in ribeye (medium), the Chilean sea bass, the fried rice, the grilled asparagus and the sautéed mushrooms. I am not a beef-eater, but I would eat that ribeye again!!!!

Food and service was great. Sat in the bar area to watch the football game. Great social hour pricing. They do allow for kids in the bar area which wasn’t my favorite. We will definitely be back, but hopefully without children in the bar.
