Seriously, this is probably the best Italian we’ve had in Colorado. May even be the best Italian I’ve ever had period, and I’ve had great Italian in New York, Boston & Chicago. I love the setting in the old church as well! Fabulous service to boot. It was an all-around great experience and we will definitely be back!

The food was delicious with no complaints from our table. Meatballs are a must-have! Prices very fair. The only complaint we had was the noise level. With the vaulted ceilings, it was a loud environment. But we’ll definitely return. Just not a place for a quiet meal/conversation.

We love coming here!!! Service is always wonderful. Super kid friendly. One of our favorite places to visit.

We love the old church ambience. It was easy to make a reservation, then I received text and email reminders (as requested). Our table was ready when we got there. The wine was excellent, as was the server. The food was really good. We’ll go back if the service and food remains consistently very good.

Most enjoyable Italian we’ve eaten in Colorado. This opinion is based on eight trips to Italy, having spent more than 25 months traveling and experiencing their most wonderful cuisine.

Romie was outstanding! We just moved to Castle Rock and we’re celebrating our Anniversary. Romie made our dinner/celebration an amazing experience, the food was great and so was the service!

Delicious food, 2nd time back in a week, great service-Eric, our server, was excellent, other staff members very kind and friendly-would definitely recommend Scileppi’s, and hope to be back next time I’m in town.
