Offrant une approche basique et à la fois sophistiquée de la cuisine italienne, le Scarpetta a été créé par le chef primé Scott Conant et propose un menu très expressif de plats d'inspiration saisonnière. « Fare la Scarpetta » est une expression italienne qui signifie « faire le petit soulier », faisant référence à la forme que prend le pain quand il est utilisé pour éponger la sauce d'un plat. Le Scarpetta incarne le pur plaisir de savourer un repas jusqu'à la dernière bouchée. Essayez un plat signature, comme la poitrine de canard épicée de Sicile, les noix de Saint-Jacques poêlées avec des topinambours ou des spaghetti aux tomates et au basilic.

One of the best presentations of branzino we've ever had in Las Vegas and the view from table #91 of the Bellagio fountains was spectacular.

Great restaurant, one of the best meals I have ever had. The pasta here is incredible! Great service and ambience. Would highly recommend.

I love scarpetta! Been going here for 8 years the service is always outstanding and the food is always so delicious! I have a dairy allergy and they always have the best accommodations for allergies…. Which a lot of restaurants don’t!

Amazing! Norman helped pick out a fine wine for us. Food was amazing! Definitely will come back!

The restaurant is beautifully designed. A long bar leads into a stunning dining room overlooking the Bellagio fountains and north end of the strip. Travis and Ivan provided excellent service. The food is among the best Italian in the city. We had the insulation mista, smoked burrata with crispy prosciutto and yellowtail for appetizers. The salad was delicious with pecans and chunks of blue cheese. The burrata was rich and perfectly paired with salty prosciutto and savory pesto. The yellowtail was melt in your mouth and very fresh. Next we had the short rib agnolotti and ravioli with truffle and egg yolk. The pastas are hand made and incredible. We shared the stuffed branzino which is one of the best preparations we’ve ever had. We finished with the budino and lemon cello cheesecake. Both were amazing. We were celebrating our 10th anniversary and it’s one we’ll never forget!

Every dish was a delight. Service was amazing. Fresh made pasta, we had the spaghetti with tomato and basil and the tagliatelle bolognese. For starters the Antipasti, calamari and polenta - it was delicious.

It was my birthday, and it was outstanding! I got the duck foie gras ravioli, and it was incredible. We had the chocolate cake with a birthday candle. I highly recommend
