good food and one of the waitresses was really nice but the other one had a horrible attitude and treated us very badly

Of all the places to book we chose here, 18 mins in and we had to ask for a drink, it wasn’t busy, drinks then stater arrived it was very nice. Had to ask twice where our mains were , told first time they were making it , second time almost ready , eventually it wasn’t served and we had to leave. We had clearly been forgotten as the table next to us had both courses before us and they came after us . It wasn’t busy and plenty of staff.

Terrible service and the place looks quite abandoned. Food ok but nothing special. It was a disappointing experience.

We were seated by a lovely waitress who asked what we wanted to drink and took our starter order. She was extremely friendly and spoke to us about Italy as she was from Sicily. Unfortunately, she left midway through the meal and from that point onwards we were forgotten about. My girlfriend and I realised after about 30 minutes that we had not been served our main courses. Normally this would be about right but tables around us had ordered well after we had and there food had already arrived. In fact, a table of two girls behind us arrived, ordered and paid within the time it took for our starters to be cleared and our mains to arrive. At 40 minutes I flagged down a waiter who looked panicky but was unapologetic. He said he would check with the chef. 10 minutes later , our main courses arrived, leading me to think they had not been put through properly. As someone who has worked in hospitality, I understand that mistakes happen. However, to not even acknowledge the mistake or apologise for it is unacceptable. We also sat with empty drinks on our table for the duration of our wait, and not once did a server come to ask if we wanted another. To top it off, the bill came with 12.5% service charge. I will pay service charge if I feel I have had a good experience, but when you’ve been forgotten about and not received any sincere form of apology, this seemed cheeky. Overall, a waste of time and money, and I will be in no rush to go back

Mains were nice (although one was a bit cold) but starters and dessert not nice. Also didn’t have normal milk, only alternatives!

Absolute rubbish, food had no flavour whatsoever just taste of salt and pepper. Barely even warm. Potion size was small.

Amazing quality for good price. Great and fast service, friendly staff, compliments to chef Mantas, the food was really delicious!

Fabiana & Sam and the other lady 10/10 for a lovely welcome top service and value. Fabiana was exceptiinal thank you for a wonderful afternoon. We are both very pleased.

Food was nice but nothing special. Waiting staff rushed us (cleaning the table when we weren’t finished, bringing the bill when we didn’t ask for it etc.). Table was booked for 90 mins but it was clear they wanted the table as soon as we were done to get the next people in. Nice location and atmosphere in the restaurant itself.

Service is always friendly. We didn't have to wait for our table or for food. It wasn't super busy so we weren't rushed to leave either. Food is very tasty. The focaccia was lovely and soft with a crunchy edge. I had the aubergine and wild mushroom dish, pasta could have done with a little more sauce as it started to taste a little dry. Other then that flavours were nice. Tiramisu was divine
