Nice stuff, however very poor menu. Pasta was nice starters were very dry and small, arancini had no salt. Won’t be coming again

Made a reservation for 9:15pm on a Saturday night and then, once we arrived, we were told that they were closing early at 9:30pm instead of 10pm. Therefore, service was rushed and unfriendly. I ordered the short-rib pasta and there was hardly any short rib or sauce on the pasta and it was flavorless. Would not recommend.

We went for the Bottomless prosecco experience to find out that the OpenTable description is a bit vague about what is included. You could read that the aperitivo and dessert are included but we were told that they are not. Had we known this we wouldn't have bothered...

good food and one of the waitresses was really nice but the other one had a horrible attitude and treated us very badly

Of all the places to book we chose here, 18 mins in and we had to ask for a drink, it wasn’t busy, drinks then stater arrived it was very nice. Had to ask twice where our mains were , told first time they were making it , second time almost ready , eventually it wasn’t served and we had to leave. We had clearly been forgotten as the table next to us had both courses before us and they came after us . It wasn’t busy and plenty of staff.

Terrible service and the place looks quite abandoned. Food ok but nothing special. It was a disappointing experience.

We were seated by a lovely waitress who asked what we wanted to drink and took our starter order. She was extremely friendly and spoke to us about Italy as she was from Sicily. Unfortunately, she left midway through the meal and from that point onwards we were forgotten about. My girlfriend and I realised after about 30 minutes that we had not been served our main courses. Normally this would be about right but tables around us had ordered well after we had and there food had already arrived. In fact, a table of two girls behind us arrived, ordered and paid within the time it took for our starters to be cleared and our mains to arrive. At 40 minutes I flagged down a waiter who looked panicky but was unapologetic. He said he would check with the chef. 10 minutes later , our main courses arrived, leading me to think they had not been put through properly. As someone who has worked in hospitality, I understand that mistakes happen. However, to not even acknowledge the mistake or apologise for it is unacceptable. We also sat with empty drinks on our table for the duration of our wait, and not once did a server come to ask if we wanted another. To top it off, the bill came with 12.5% service charge. I will pay service charge if I feel I have had a good experience, but when you’ve been forgotten about and not received any sincere form of apology, this seemed cheeky. Overall, a waste of time and money, and I will be in no rush to go back

Mains were nice (although one was a bit cold) but starters and dessert not nice. Also didn’t have normal milk, only alternatives!

Absolute rubbish, food had no flavour whatsoever just taste of salt and pepper. Barely even warm. Potion size was small.
