Darrius was awesome!! We loved scales before and love it still now, the spicy seafood linguine was amazing! Thank you :)

Food and service were absolutely amazing. I had the tuna on the à la cart menu. Unbelievable.

Chill kinda vibe on the bar side of restaurant which is where we sat and dined. This is where you should go. Bar tender / server was EXCELLENT, on top of it, friendly, knowledgable, etc. Food and drinks really really great. We’d absolutely go back.

We had dined at S&S a few years ago and we both agreed that the food was much better than what we had last evening. It's not that the food was bad, it was simply that there was nothing out of the ordinary with the preparation or flavors. Disappointed.

Fresh fish and pasta. Inventive menu. So good we went back twice during our week vacation in Newport. It’s at the end of Street a little off the beaten path, so we had no trouble getting reservations. Highly recommend!

Our waitress was very nice, attentive and our food was excellent! The manager also came by to check how everything was which was a really nice touch. The burrata appetizer with grilled corn was excellent. Our friends loved their Octopus A La Plancha (which we learned means grilled on a metal plate). My husband really liked the spicy seafood linguine. I have had the FraDiavolo in the past and loved it- although it went up in price substantially so passed on it this time.

We had a horrible table for 2 io the corner wall by the bathroom . They sat an outrageously loud party of 5 at the 4 top next to us . it was like sitting next to a group of people yelling at one another we could not even have a conversation . They were out of the swordfish 3 items on the menu included swordfish . We ordered lobster , calamari shrimp , salad and roasted vegetables. We were in mad pit of the restaurant in 45 minutes . We did not even finish our drinks . The food was averaged at Best. The roasted vegetables seemed microwaved . Not all roasted.. The calamari was very good. And Eight out for dinner seven nights as well as some lunches. This is by far the most disappointing. .
