The ceasar salad was not flavourful, pasta was really good, steak not so great and fries were served cold. Service was great and a nice birthday treat surprise!

Our table of six had a wonderful first time experience at Scaddabush London. Our server was great and helped provide some recommendations. We opted for the "Social" plates and enjoyed a family style meal to celebrate my birthday. The Mozza and house wine were great, and the Margherita pizza and the Carbonara pasta were fan favourites (although everything was DELISH!) Most importantly, it definitely didn't feel like a chain restaurant! Would absolutely recommend Scaddabush.

I don’t usually write reviews however on this night we were celebrating a team member leaving. There was only 5 of us and excited to experience Scaddabush as no one had been before. Greeting was good, table was ready and set. Restaurant was beautiful. Took 10 min to be acknowledged by waiter. Then received water. Another 15 and we had to ask if we could order drinks. Once the drinks came we asked if we could order apps which we did. The apps came out in good time and were delicious. Once we were finished our apps we waited for our mains…not once did our waiter check in or remove the dirty plates or ask for another drink. Our mains came out and we still had full table of dirty dishes…we had to stack them up and move them aside until someone else removed them. Half way through our meal we had to find a waiter to ask if our waiter was still working or had gone home for the night. We ordered a second drink and they came out promptly by the bar tender. We waited and waited and waited for our main dishes to be cleared and then had to ask for our waiter again. We never received one thing from our waiter or even checked on. Everything we received came from other staff members. Anyways, the food was amazing but the service we received that night was not up to par. We were all disappointed. I realize that when a restaurant is busy things could be delayed however, it was definitely not busy on a Tuesday night at 8pm. We saw our waiter busy working on other tasks instead of watching his tables. We had to ask for him three times and had to ask for the normal tasks a waiter should be doing to enhance the dining experience. After a bad dining experience I will always eat there again in hopes my experience was a one off.

I am a very picky person, I love food with lots of flavour and well presented. I have to say I have 4 favourite reasons and this is now included in the 4. The service was amazing from walking in the front door to leaving the restaurant. We were a party of 3, and I must say we all loved our first experience at Scaddabush. The only negative thing I would say is it is very loud in the restaurant. We will be back more than once, I am sure.

We were so disappointed in the service we received last night. Our reservations were at 6:45 and we were there at least one hour before our server came and took our order. Our dinner wasn’t brought out until about 8:30. Server barely came to check on us we had to flag them down. The tables around us were served much quicker and also attended too much more. Our water was never refilled from the time we sat down at 6:45. We really love this place but was very disappointed in the service last night!

This was my first time visiting. The decor and vibe was lovely. The place was extremely busy and even though we made a reservation we still had to wait for our table. This was difficult because it was so busy there wasn’t even anywhere to stand that you weren’t in the way. Food was excellent, as were the drinks. Server was friendly but the service left much to be desired. App plates and empty drink cups were left on table while entrees were served so table was very crowded. Nothing was cleared until we asked for our cheques. Perhaps our server had too many tables to contend with, but whatever the reason, the service greatly suffered. I ordered a second drink and it didn’t come until the very end so I had to gulp it because then we got our bills. As I said before, the food and drinks were so debone that I would definitely give this place another chance. Highly recommend a reservation because I can only imagine how long one would wait without one.

Loved the whole experience! Server was awesome , food was delicious beer was cold , sat on the patio , relaxing ☺️ This is a restaurant you should try if you love Italian food !
