   My birthday dinner. A super long wait for drinks. Our appetizers arrived before our drinks did. A bit disappointing. Probably would have stayed longer or had a few more if it wasn’t for the long wait.

   It was a bit of a rough ride. We had reservations for 7:15pm. We were a few minutes early. Stood in a line. Checked in. Got shown to a table in the back of the restaurant which was already occupied. So we were escorted back to the front of the restaurant. Then shown to a table in the “atrium” area which was dirty. We were seated and they cleaned and reset the table around us. The waitress apologized. We ordered alcoholic drinks and appetizers. Or food showed up before our drinks. Again the waitress apologized and indicated that the bartender was very busy. Service was super show. We were two hours start to finish. We tried to cancel our after dinner drink because it had taken so long but were unable to. To top it off, while I was eating my dinner I got an email saying that the restaurant had “cancelled my reservation” for a no-show. I went to the front desk to inquire. I was told - “don’t worry you’re checked in”. But I wasn’t. After I protested a little I finally got a “now dining” indication on the Open Table app. I like Scaddabush but last night was a real let down. Definitely not up to par.

   I would never ever go to this location again. Service was horrible, our order was wrong and had to be sent back twice before they got it right. I asked for a fork, never got it and had to eat my spaghetti with a spoon. It took the server 20 minutes to get our bill. The bathrooms were absolutely filthy and disgusting. Horrible experience!!!

   Food was really bad. We ordered pizza and pasta both - horrible food. Salad was good. Service was okay.

   Had high hopes, but the food was a letdown. The dishes were overly oily, and the pizza came out slightly burnt, which took away from the flavour. Service was decent, but the food quality just didn’t match expectations. For the price, I expected better execution. Probably wouldn’t return.

   Best Scaddabush location 10/10 the food and service is always top notch. Never disappoints. Ordered the goat cheese and beet salad, the butcher and spaghetti and meatballs. We will definitely be back.

   We enjoyed the food & our server did her best but they seemed short staffed or hadn’t planned for staff. We were waiting 7 minutes at the door with a reservation ( only 1 person seating) And we waited for drinks - server was spread train with too many tables.

   Great Sunday afternoon lunch. We went for the pizza day and really enjoyed our meal. Sarah was our server and she was fantastic - checking in at appropriate times throughout our visit. Very friendly and attentive to our needs. Keep up the good work! We will definitely be back!

    We had a great lunch today celebrating a birthday! Our server was one of the best I have had in years! Keep up the great work!
