Alice Fazooli’s is home to hand-crafted recipes served up in an authentic Italian grill experience. Our character shines through with a warm, inviting welcome at the door that is carried throughout the dining experience. Great care is taken to select only the freshest, most flavourful ingredient combinations for all our mouth-watering dishes like the Shrimp Angel Hair Pasta, Fried Calamari, Veal Parmigiana or any of our fresh, thin crust pizzas. We were served by Bells. She was very good. Caring, attentive and very knowledgeable about the menu. The restaurant was very busy and she did a great job to keep us informed about meals being ready.

We have been several times to restaurant over past few weeks. I have had the same entrée. The serving size was way smaller and not of the same quality as before. The pasta serving size was smaller and lacked sauce, it was very dry and oily. When i addressed it with the front door greeter who dropped off our meals, I was told that all portions and ingredients are weighted so it has to be the same. Quite disappointing that there was no care or concern. Our waitress was busy delivering food to members of management from other stores when we asked for her. So we finished our meal. I was celebrating my friends birthday. When i visited before with relative for birthday they offered a complementary dessert. This time this was not done, and we paid $12 for cake with sparkler...not sure if something changed recently?

Our dining experience was not where it should be. We had issued with appetizers and dinner, despite going over our order and having the wait staff review our order and assure us that she would ensure food was okay. We came to dinner to eat separately while we waiting for dinner to be remade, quite disappointing.
