Our story is simple. Everything we can make fresh daily, we do. Including our hand-stretched mozzarella (made-to-order every day between 5pm & 11pm), our pasta, our signature 1/2 lb meatballs, our dough, bread and desserts.

    Food was decent, service no so much. Server’s was too large and couldn’t be attentive to us.

    Overall we had a very good experience. We arrived a bit early for our reservation, yet they made an effort to seat us early. It was a very busy day. When we arrived there was no wait m, when we left there was a small line. We arrived around 12:30 left about 2:00. We had a small wait once we were seated. Our server took our food and drink order, and then we had a very long wait for our beverages, 15 minutes????? and then within 5 minutes 3 of the 4 meals arrived and the fourth arrived somewhere between 5 and 10 minutes later. Poor service. The food was delivered hot and was tasty. Our server never checked back with us to see if everything was good and as ordered. Poor service. We were never offered beverage refills. We would definitely return; food was good and certainly the less than stellar service may have just been an unusual day.

    We attended after the matinee at Princess of Wales theatre. Very convenient. Needed a gluten free meal and had a broad variety of pastas to choose from. Waiter Wade was very good, prompt, friendly.

    Overall great meal. Our food was fantastic. Service was a little slow and not super warm and friendly.…but these things happen and it was quite busy. I’d go back to eat again for sure!
