We are Alberta's largest and most beautiful steak house. Tom Goodchild's Moose Factory stretches over 20,000 square feet with a seating capacity of over 700 dining room, lounge, banquet room, and patio combined.
This location has built its reputation on the Sawmill formula. Serving over half a dozen different cuts and sizes of "AAA" Alberta beef one can't go wrong ordering any one style. The Moose Factory has become known for many unique qualities like it's luncheon buffet Monday through Friday from 11:00 a.m. until 2:30 p.m. which attracts the busy luncheon crowd with dozens of salads and an array of hot items to choose from daily.

Private dining rooms, banquet rooms, 40-foot ceilings, outside patio bar and grill, Tom Goodchild's Moose Factory will have a place for you any day of the week. Come to experience the ambiance and enjoy the entertainment of a classic tableside Caesar or Chateaubriand.

Food and service were excellent. We had brunch with our cousins and Sawmill doesn't disappoint in terms of food quality. Our server (Steve) was very attentive.

Did not measure up to the Sawmill of old. Small portion sizes, button mushrooms tasted like that were from a can. Overrated for the price. Service was amazing!

3 of us enjoyed the brunch buffet on Oct 27th. The buffet had a very good selection of various food including beef carvery, a good selection of side dishes including scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage, potatoes, fresh fruit and pastry

The atmosphere was very inviting and comfortable. We were there for both of our birthdays. The dessert, chocolate bomb, was very good especially the caramel sauce poured over top.

Basic turkey dinner was good, the root vegetables were a little undercooked (too firm) but the mashed potatoes were tasty, salads were good and the turkey and ham good. We missed out on pie offerings, but the sheet cakes/squares were tasty and good variety.

The worst meal we’ve had at a restaurant especially for Thanksgiving. A Turkey roll? Unedible vegetables, rubbery tasteless ham. A tray of desserts I could buy from Walmart. Unacceptable & you’ve permanently lost us as customers. Would NEVER recommend this establishment
