After living in this city for 12 years, I can confidently say that Savour has just set a new standard for incredible dining experiences. Chef Ashley truly outdid herself with three dishes that have left me speechless: the duck wings, pecan-crusted flounder, and the crawfish cream that accompanied it. The duck wings were an absolute flavor explosion—tender, juicy, and perfectly seasoned. They had the right balance of crispness on the outside with melt-in-your-mouth richness inside. Hands down, the best wings I’ve ever had, period. Then came the pecan-crusted flounder, which was nothing short of perfection. The delicate flounder was encrusted with the most flavorful pecan coating, adding a satisfying crunch to the soft, flaky fish. And let me tell you—the crawfish cream sauce that came with it was nothing short of spectacular. The rich, creamy sauce paired perfectly with the fish, enhancing the flavor in a way that was simply unforgettable. Both dishes are 10/10—honestly, the best food I’ve tasted in my entire time here. If you haven’t tried Chef Ashley’s creations at Savour, you’re seriously missing out on some of the finest culinary experiences this city has to offer.

Savour is l, in my opinion, the best restaurant in Tallahassee. I can’t say enough good things about the food and service.

Service was outstanding! We were celebrating a birthday and Drew made sure our experience was memorable. One of my favorite places for an upscale dining experience!

Everything tasted DELICIOUS, and we could not ask for a better server. We’ve been to Savour before and know the quality is superb. The rack of lamb special ($55) tasted amazing, but the lamb portion wasn’t even acceptable for an appetizer. The dish came with 4 teeny, thin ribs….I didn’t know they were sold so minuscule. Without exaggeration, the 4 pieces of meat were about the size of a quarter. We’ve never found issue with Savour’s portion size. I understand costs for everything, especially food, has skyrocketed. Perhaps the rack of lamb is not a feasible menu option at this time. Everything else was spectacular, and we plan to dine at Savour again. Sharing the feedback to avoid the same experience for others, and so the restaurant takes this into consideration for future. Thank you!
