Located on the campus of The Culinary Institute of America, San Antonio, and nestled in the Pearl, Savor highlights the talents of our CIA students under the supervision of the college’s world class faculty. Experience a meal inspired by ingredients and techniques from around the world. Our dining room and patio are open and reservations are strongly encouraged. Curbside takeout is also available.

All guests are required to wear a mask while indoors—regardless of their vaccination status—except when seated in a dining environment. Thank you for helping to keep our CIA campus community safe!

    The service is good and when that was a mistake with the order it was quickly corrected without hesitation. The food is good, and the value is excellent. It's one of my favorite places to dine.

    Every time I dine at Savor it is an extraordinary refreshing culinary experience . The creativity and high cooking standards are remarkable . The wines selection is knowledgeable and excellent .     Super attentive, food was great, and if anything wasn’t to your liking they will remake or change your order. Everyone was so kind highly recommend if anyone enjoys fine dining.

    Menu was varied and interesting but very tasty;wine recommendations were great and service and ambience amazing!Very encouraging to witness development of the future restaurateurs/chefs!

    It was absolutely amazing! The food was delicious and the wine pairing was fantastic! Service was great. We will definitely be back to try the other dishes. The apple fennel soup was a fresh and bright and The Kohlrabi Stew was an incredible unique dish. Way to crush it students!!!!

    Always very much enjoy dining at Savor. The friends I invited to join me also very much liked the food and friendly service. The menu is very interesting. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. Plan to return soon.
