Staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable. Food was very good although my shrimp parm was a bit overcooked. My husband has some mobility issues and our waiter was so helpful with getting him up the stairs to back to the car. All in all a very good and varied menu with reasonable prices.

We sat outside with a party of 5. The wait staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the appetizers and drinks. The food is delicious!!

The food is tasty and the place is very cute and that's why I keep trying this place. However, the service here always disappoints. It's quite obvious that they need to train their staff better. On this visit, the service was very slow and the staff were trying to clear away our cocktails and food dishes when we weren't finished yet with them! Had to grab my unfinished cocktail from the clutches of one server and it was more than several times we had to them that we weren't done with our food yet. This is the third time I dined here and I doubt I'll give it another chance.

I don't want to make any excuses but see the day you visited we had 2 new employees in training which still isn't acceptable nor justify your experience with us. The $24.99 Monday night three-course was good. However, not everybody likes broccolirabe. It’s very bitter. I think you should be able to substitute for spinach. Also, I question whether that chicken was hand breaded and fried. It looked like it was frozen it definitely did not look fresh, or even recently prepared.

The layout of the restaurant is interesting as it has multiple levels. There is a completely separate area called The Parlor down below and three additional areas up top. There is an "all-season" patio a small loft area inside and a main dining area with bar. The service was on point. I don't normally go to dinner on the weekends because so many restaurants are overtaxed and can't handle the boost in volume, but Savor did just fine. The food was tasty and cooked very well. Timing of course delivery was monitored and accurate. The pricing is very reasonable for what you are receiving. The only drawback is that the place has limited seating and they fill up quickly, so I strongly suggest using OpenTable to lock in your reservation.
