Contrary to what most think, the word tapas actually means "to cover". Rooted as a tradition in Spanish culture, socializing patrons of restaurants would cover their wine glasses with small plates to protect their beverages from insects and small pests while outdoors. At Savor, we pay homage to this ritual in our own unique way. The urban and chic atmosphere invites locals to step outside Amarillo for an evening and into another place entirely. With an urban, speakeasy vibe, Savor welcomes its patrons to sit comfortably at the bar or in a cozy booth next to the floor to ceiling windows.

Went for the 90’s party and had the best time. Mikey was an excellent server and our group loved all the tapas!

We were celebrating my sister’s birthday even though she was far away and couldn’t be with us! We decided it was a dress rehearsal of a belated birthday dinner for her.

Booked for Mother's Day. They confirmed booking prior to event. Arrive a few minutes early, our table was ready and they seated us right away. Service was great, selection for brunch was good, prices were reasonable ($120 including tip for 4 entrees, 3 teas and 1 mimosa, lol.

I have been to the restaurant multiple times. It was my sister in laws first time and I was disappointed that our main entree paella pork chicken chorizo was not to consistent standard. Rice very mushy and salty but the pork was so dry. I so wanted to say something but just didn’t for sake of others at the table. The sample tapa was excellent and we enjoyed the sliders . There just needs to be consistency on pricy entree.

Very busy and a bit noisy. When seated and got waiter a signed we got good service. Food we good and decent portions. We did enjoy our brunch.
