The food was not great but was ok. The service was neither. This will not be a place we go back to in the future.

The food was absolutely amazing to the point where I have to break it all down for you... The salmon tartare was beyond amazing. The calamari was excellent. Everything was excellent, but that sweet corn and blue crab risotto would best pretty much anything you can get out of a restaurant in the area. No offense to other chefs, but that one is an award winner in my books. We met chef, Casey, who was lovely and very humble. I don't think she realizes how talented she is. The restaurant itself was wonderful. Our server Olivia was knowledgeable, attentive, and solicited feedback constantly because she cared that we were enjoying ourselves. Overall, Savona is a top 10 restaurant in the area.

Best. Meal. Ever. We opted to get appetizers, salad, pizza and pasta to share. Every dish was spectacular. The server was amazing. The entire experience was incredible. We will be back!

To start, the valets were very friendly. It was our first time at the restaurant and they pointed out the entrance as it’s not obvious. Our server, Mark, was awesome! Great personality and attentive.The food was delicious and the cocktails were mixed perfectly. Not over or under poured. After eating all of our courses my fiancée and I still managed to finish our desserts. We couldn’t stop eating!!! We will definitely be back again.

Excellent food as usual. Ordered fried artichokes, arugula salad, and bolognese to start. Main courses were branzino and a pizza. Service was good, ambience would have been excellent but the music was a little loud by our table making conversation difficult. Recommended.

Wonderful dinner! Big raves for the corn risotto, octopus appetizer and pork chop. The food was so good. Our waiter, Kane, was also a big part of our outstanding dinner. He was so helpful and knowledgeable about the menu/wines. Totally enhanced our excellent night. Cant wait to visit again

It is exceptionally rare that I take the time to write a review, but we are sitting in our hotel room and amazed at the dining experience we had tonight at Savona. We came to Philadelphia in a stressful time in our life, taking care of a loved one who moved to Philadelphia. We wanted an evening to escape the stress and drove by this beautiful restaurant sitting on a little hilltop. We were able to get a reservation Later than we wanted and not outdoors, but we’re grateful to be able to get into this restaurant because people told us it was quite good. We called during the day and spoke with Papi Hurtado, the mixologist and one of the managers who told us that the Waight staff was on offsite catering, but he would do his best and that he is best champagne table was waiting for us. Waiter Irving Garcia phenomenal made us feel like we were eating in his family‘s house , and in fact, his mom, Elia Aguilar was the bread maker, and the focaccia was out of this world. The wine list is excellent and having the private audience of John Elsenlhor who is studying for a third level sommelier certification was such a treat. He paired our dinner to a superb Amarone, which will now be our next purchase for our home wine cellar. The night wouldn’t be complete with that Sarah Miller and Jaden the food runners always with a smile, always piping hot food. And the homemade pasta, the pizza, the octopus, the broccoli, rob the artichokes and oh my goodness the desserts. I am laying on our hotel bed fully satiated while I write this review. This is a must eat at when we come back to Philadelphia. He will not be disappointed, cheers to the incredible staff the front and back of the restaurant the young man who served his valet, jockey gorgeous sports cars, and sedans around with a big smile. What a great evening what a great way to escape a stressful trip wonderful experience.
