I didn’t like none of the foods or the BBQ sauce.

Meat was a lower quality cut with a lot of gristle. Though cooked cutting was difficult. The ambience was more game and evening party location than eatery. Lots of adult games and arcade games indoor and out.

Don’t get me wrong, the food is delicious. The service however was terrible. It seemed no one worked behind the bar, no one worked in the kitchen, and one manger with one worker were running the show. After seated it took a little while for some water. They dropped the water and walked away not asking if we wanted a drink other than water. They took our order, drinks took a while, then when we got to ordering food, it all came out one dish at a time. Oh I forgot the restaurant was EMPTY!!!! So no excuse for slow or poor service. If you knew a party of 12 was coming at a reserved time, would you not prepare? Wouldn’t you attend to them, sell more, bigger tip?

Felt like they were truly understaffed due to lack of seeing our server. Ordered things from happy hour and asked him more than once if they qualified for happy hour in which he said yes, but when the bill came we saw that nothing we ordered from happy hour was at full price. We asked our server and came back and told us that he forgot to mention that we ordered didn’t qualify for happy hour . He At least took one of the items off the bill .

Our server was a bit difficult to get a hold of at times we needed her . Perhaps they were understaffed and she had to cover more tables ? Other than that food and drinks were delicious. The host was able to cater to our request of sitting close to the tvs to watch the game going on .

It was my first time there. The food the service in the atmosphere were all great! My family and I were there to celebrate my husband’s birthday. Will definitely go back!

Extremely poor service Server took order and delivered the incorrect items we waited 10 min to flag down another server for assistance It took 20 min to get my wife’s correct order returned to the table and I definitely did not enjoy my cold food as i respectfully waited to eat with my wife Server never returned not even a simple apology or to check on us adding insult to injury I was charged for an extra entree that I did not even order again another 20 min to get a manager to issue a credit and recharge me the proper amount at no time did the server apologize! As a loyal local customer since El Segundo opened I was shocked frustrated and disappointed how the server and management handled today’s situation not responsible or professional on any lever rest assured I will reach out to corporate and the general manager so others don’t become victim as we did today !!! It’s sad that corporate and management don’t properly train or supervise their employees!!!
